All sales are final due to the nature of creative original art compositions.

No refunds. All original paintings are unframed.

A protective sealant is used unless otherwise stated.

All Prices are in Canadian Dollars

You will receive a Certificate of Authentication and an Insurance Valuation with your purchase of original art; each piece is numbered, signed by the artist and stamped with CWC Art and Soul Logo

Appropriate care for fragile items is recommended, so your art piece can bring you years of enjoyment.

No copies or reproductions are permitted without the written consent of the artist-Catherine Whelan Costen

Note for Original Artwork Customers outside of Canada-shipping is available to some locations, however each address must be calculated manually depending on the location and size of the painting. Please contact us via the contact page before purchasing to enquire whether shipping is available in your area and for shipping costs if your shipping address is outside of Canada. Thank you.
