Catherine M.A. Whelan Costen is the owner of Catherine Publishing, created in 2004. In 2012 she began to host and produce an online chat show, which focuses on Universal Transformational Topics, called ‘Lets Get Real Chattin with Catherine’; she is a published author of ‘Father Walter Krewski’s Life Journey’, numerous articles published in various magazines over the years and blogs on a variety of topics including social issues, women’s empowerment, trauma, grief, life and death. 

Today she hosts a youtube channel for art, fashion and inspiration on life’s challenges. When she’s not exploring higher visions on the podcast, she’s expressing her intuitive art and designing her new fashion line, SoFineTastic Fashions created from her original acrylic paintings.

She spent a number of years in Canadian politics; ran in two elections and held the elected position as president of a federal political party prior to launching her own media production company CATHERINE PUBLISHING in 2004 which produced two books with another on the way, hundreds of podcasts/audio and video, and is now expanded into art and fashion.

Catherine is intuitive, gifted with a ‘knowing’ and is a lively inspirational speaker. She is an intuitive artist- featuring fine art, abstract acrylic paintings and other mediums. She is based in Southern Alberta, Canada.

After a life of many challenges, she developed Fibromyalgia/Chronic Fatigue at the age of 40 years, which propelled her into a deep spiritual journey to find her way back to life. The premature death of her father and the multiple traumatic events that followed provided experiential wisdom that she shares in her book, ‘Permission to Breathe’.  She shares tragedy and triumph intimately as she reveals the gifts received in 2012 when her oldest son was killed in a tragic vehicle accident which began a more expanded journey of awareness and healing. 

Exploring Higher Visions is her passion. Laughter & clarity are her fear and myth busters. Discovery is her Mission. Chattin is her Sacred Gift. Connecting to Love is her Method.
